At IndiChef Cookers, we are committed to delivering your culinary essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of how we handle shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or remote location constraints.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Heavy & Bulky Items

Since IndiChef products are built for durability, some shipments may be heavy.

Please ensure the delivery address is accessible for standard delivery vehicles.
For bulk orders or industrial-sized cookers, we may use specialized freight carriers.

5. Damages & Issues

IndiChef Cookers is proud of our robust packaging, but we know accidents happen.

If you receive your order damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately.
Contact our support team at support@indichefcookers.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
